Introduction:
As a national feed company, Ridley’s feed manufacturing sites are spread across Australia’s grain belt from SA to northern Queensland.
In the manufacture of stock feed Ridley is Australia’s major buyer of cereals (wheat, barley, sorghum, oats and triticale), legumes (peas and lupins) and oilseeds (canola seed) with prices being available on a daily basis to a cross section of suppliers including growers, country merchants and large trading companies.
Ridley also actively pursues the procurement of broad cross section of other raw materials including a large cross section of protein meals, by products, premixes, amino acids and so on.
Ridley's has two key locations for its procurement team, Pakenham (Victoria) and Toowoomba (Queensland). In addition Ridley actively utilises resources within its feed manufacturing sites to assist with the procurement of raw materials from localised growers as they play a key role in supplying the raw material needs of our company.
