Introduction

Broiler or “roaster” rations are designed to suit meat-type breeds such as the Sussex and the modern commercial hybrids (e.g. Cobb, Ross, Arbor Acre).  In addition to our standard range of Broiler feeds, Barastoc can manufacture tailored feeding programmes for bulk orders greater than 50T per month.  Please contact your Territory Manager for more information.

Barastoc is a preferred supplier of major broiler producers including, Baiada Poultry, La Ionica Chicken, Hazeldene’s Chicken and Ingham Enterprises.  Our nutritionists work closely with their technical staff to deliver consistent feed according to their custom requirements.

Layer Chickens

Introduction

Layer rations are designed for production of eggs for human consumption.  The Barastoc Top Layer range of commercial layer and replacement pullet feed is renowned for its performance and widely accepted in the industry.  Flexibility exists within the range to select the diet or feeding programme best suited to the combined factors unique to each production system.

Breeder Chickens

Introduction

Breeder rations are designed for both layer and meat-type breeder chickens.  Nutrient requirements to support fertility and embryonic development are different to that required of produce eggs for human consumption.

Custom feeding programmes can be tailored to the requirements of major producers.  Barastoc is a preferred supplier of major hatcheries including, Hy-line Australia (Hy-line Brown; Arbor Acre) and Baiada Poultry (ISA Brown and Cobb).

Turkey

Introduction

The Maxiphase Turkey range has been developed in conjunction with Nicholas Turkey Breeding Farms (international commercial strain) for excellent performance under Australian conditions.

In addition to our standard range of Turkey feeds, Barastoc can manufacture tailored feeding programmes for bulk orders greater than 50T per month.  Barastoc is the supplier of choice to Rainbow Valley Turkeys (the Australian supplier of Nicholas poults) and many of their customers including Goldfields Turkeys.
