Code of Conduct
Ridley Corporation believes in conducting business with integrity and good faith. The Ridley Code of Conduct is a statement of commitment for all employees to ensure that all business dealings are conducted in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
Ridley encourages employees to report any form of suspected fraud, corruption or other unacceptable behaviour in the workplace. Ridley has an independent hotline that can be used by our people to make an anonymous report. The Code of Conduct also offers a channel of communication, support and protection for employees who report such incidents.
