Peter Weaver joined the Ridley Group in January 2007 as the General Manager Operations -Cheetham Salt and was appointed Ridley AgriProducts Chief Executive Officer in March 2010. Prior to this he held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Ridley AgriProducts. Before joining Ridley, Peter was the Operations Manager at ABB Grain and has an extensive background in operations, commodity trading and supply chain activities.

Russell Lyons joined Ridley in 1996 and was appointed General Manager Corporate Development in January 2009. His other roles within Ridley have included Business Manager, Southern Australia and National Sales & Marketing Manager. He has an extensive background in the Australian Stockfeed and agricultural sectors having previously worked for Goodman Fielder, Allied Mills and KMM.

General Manager Quality and Technical - Ridley AgriProducts
Robert Parkes joined Ridley in 1992 as a Technical Trainee. His other roles within Ridley have included technical selling roles, Victorian Technical Manager and Technical Services Manager – Quality. In his current role General Manager Quality and Technical, Robert is responsible for managing quality, HACCP, Innovation, R&D and product development activities. Robert is closely involved in industry associations including Stockfeed Manufacturers Council of Australia (SFMCA), Stockfeed Manufacturers Association of Victoria (SFMAV) and GTA, where he is Chairman of the Standards Committee.

Bob Harvey joined Ridley AgriProducts as General Manager of the Aqua-Feed division in 2008. Bob has an extensive experience base in manufacturing industries, holding senior operational and general management roles within Australia, the UK and Asia in various market sectors including snackfoods, paper and plastics, packaging and packaging machinery, heavy vehicles and defense electronics.

Gavin Tanner joined Ridley AgriProducts in February 2010 as General Manager, Enterprise Feed Milling. Gavin previously held the position of General Manager & Director of Courtenay Polymers Pty Ltd. Gavin has built up a wide variety of experience through roles within the plastics, chemical and manufacturing industry, and SME business’s.

Anthony Roche joined Ridley AgriProducts as the Human Resources Manager in August 2009 and was appointed HR Manager of Ridley Corporation in November 2009. With an extensive background in Human Resource Management, both in Australia and Europe, Anthony has previously worked for organisations including General Electric, Tommy Hilfiger, CRT Group and Reliant Energy.
